Friday is the day when many of the world's questions about the iPhone 4's issues get answered. Apple is holding an invite-only press conference to talk about its fast-selling iPhone, which has also been the most controversial.

Apple is widely expected to address the iPhone 4's antenna issues, something that been the focus of the press and a vocal group of iPhone 4 owners since the phone's launch in late June and later acknowledged by Apple in the form of a note to users on its Web site.

On Thursday afternoon, the company rolled out a software update for the iPhone 4, as well as the previous two iPhone models, that changes how reception is shown to the end user. More information about that update, and the company's plans, going forward, are expected at tomorrow's event.
